Drop Policy for Adult Students

If you need to drop your class prior to the start of the term, you must give the office at least ONE WEEK’S NOTICE prior to the start of your class.

If you do so:

Any tuition paid toward the class and the non-refundable $150 deposit will be kept on credit at the studio for up to one year, to be applied to a future class.

Or

The non-refundable deposit will be held on credit at the studio for up to one year, to be applied to a future class.  Any other tuition paid will be refunded to you (minus a $20 credit card processing fee).

If you fail to notify the office ONE WEEK prior to the start of the first class, you will lose your deposit.  Any tuition paid beyond the $150 deposit will be refunded to you (minus a $20 processing fee).

If you drop the class ON THE DAY BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS OR AFTER, the full tuition is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be kept on file for a future class. If you have an outstanding balance, you are responsible. We hold your spot when you register for a class and do not permit anyone else to take your seat. Classes often have waitlists. When you drop at the last minute, we do not have the ability to fill your spot. You are responsible for the full tuition if you are unable to give us the required notice.  (If your class begins at 6pm on a Tuesday, you MUST notify us via email no later than 5pm on Monday, or you are responsible for the entire tuition.)

Thank you for understanding our policies, which are essential to keeping class sized small.

Workshops
