Some of what I found most helpful were the details of how-to/next steps/best practices for getting started based on Adam's experience and expertise. Specifically, what kind of demos to have, who and how to contact, and his sharing of physical equipment and software suggestions. Adam is very personable and funny; he did a great job of instilling that most anyone can be successful as an Audiobook narrator.
